Privacy Policy
Short, because this site collects very little.
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. The only information I hold is what you choose to send me through the consultation form.

What I Collect
Almost nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup and no account to create, so there is nothing on this site for you to fill in.
What you send me
Whatever you choose to put in a text message: your name, what you are hoping for, and any hair history you want to share. That goes to my phone over your mobile network. This website never sees it and never stores it.
What the site receives automatically
Like any website, my host records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. That is my host's own logging, and I do not add anything to it.
What This Site Does Not Do
Worth stating plainly, because most sites cannot say this.
- No cookies. This site does not set a single one, which is why you have never seen a cookie banner here.
- No analytics. I do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking.
- No advertising pixels, and no data sold or shared with advertisers. Ever.
- No embedded social feeds. The Instagram and Facebook links are ordinary links — nothing from those platforms loads on this site or watches you here.
- No accounts, no passwords and no payment details are handled on this website.
- Fonts are served from this site itself, so simply reading a page does not report you to anyone.
Why I Collect It & Who Sees It
Your enquiry is used for one thing: to answer you and, if you go ahead, to plan your appointment. I read every enquiry myself. It is not added to a marketing list and you will not be emailed anything you did not ask for.
The only companies involved
Both act as service providers, handling the data only to make the site and the form work. Nobody else receives your enquiry.
- Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical request data described above.
- Resend delivers the enquiry from the website to my inbox.
How Long It Is Kept
Your messages stay on my phone so I have the context of our conversation and your hair history for future appointments. If you would rather I did not keep them, say so and I will delete them.
Your Choices
Ask and I will act on it. You do not need a reason.
The simplest route is the consultation form, or a message on Instagram. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and the same request routes apply.
- Ask what I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask me to delete your enquiry and any notes from it.
Photographs of Your Hair
Before-and-after photographs are a normal part of this work, and they are also the main way clients find me. I will ask you first, in person, before any photograph of your hair is posted anywhere. If you would prefer not to be photographed, that is completely fine and it changes nothing about your appointment. If a photograph of you is already published and you want it taken down, tell me and I will remove it.
Children
This website is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information through it from anyone under 13. Younger clients are welcome in the chair — a parent or guardian should make the booking.
Changes
If this site ever starts using analytics, embeds or anything else that changes what is collected, this page gets updated at the same time and the date below changes with it.
To ask what I hold, correct it, or have it deleted, use the contact form.
